All crypto-asset services are currently suspended. These services are provided by Cifralfabeto, Unipessoal Lda. ("Cifralfabeto"). Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), the licensing regime for Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) entered into force in 2026. Cifralfabeto has submitted an application for authorisation as a CASP under this regime, which is currently under assessment by Banco de Portugal, the competent authority responsible for CASP authorisation in Portugal. Cifralfabeto's crypto-asset services have been suspended pending the outcome of this authorisation process. Services will resume in accordance with the terms of the authorisation.
